By booking services with Inquisia, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies exist to ensure clarity, fairness, and a supportive learning experience for all students and families.
Registration & Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your student’s session or package.
- All single sessions are refundable up to 24 hours before a schedule session.
- All packages/subscriptions are non-refundable.
- Multi-session packages must be used within 10 weeks (70 days) of purchase. Any unused sessions will expire after this period.
Session Format & Expectations
- Inquisia sessions are designed to support concept mastery, problem-solving, and study skills development. They are not intended to function as homework completion or last-minute assignment help.
- Sessions follow the Inquisia learning methodology, which emphasizes thinking, reflection, and independent problem-solving.
- Each session is intentionally focused on one primary concept to allow for deeper understanding and meaningful progress. When multiple areas of need exist, we will prioritize them and address them over the course of a package.
- Students (or parents) are asked to share the topic or concept they would like to work on at least 48 hours in advance, allowing time for thoughtful preparation.
- If no topic is provided, the tutor will select a concept aligned with the student’s ongoing needs to ensure the session remains productive.
- Students are expected to arrive ready to engage and participate from a quiet, distraction-free environment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session and receive a refund.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), will be charged in full.
- Exceptions may be considered in cases of illness or genuine emergencies, at our discretion.
Lateness
- Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
- If a student arrives late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
Technology Requirements
- Students are responsible for joining sessions on time with a working device, camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
- If a technical issue prevents joining the session, you must notify us within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.
- Refunds or reschedules will not be issued for missed sessions due to technical issues without timely notice.
Session Cancellations by Inquisia
- In the rare event that a session must be canceled by Inquisia (for example, due to illness or unforeseen technical issues), you will be offered either: a rescheduled session, or a refund for that specific session.
